With our project "AI Language Partner", we are developing an innovative platform that supports people in learning and preserving languages — from widely spoken global languages to endangered minority languages. The digital language partner enables authentic, spoken conversations with an AI — available anytime, energy-efficient, and privacy-friendly. Our goal is to connect language and culture through modern AI technology, making learning more accessible, interactive, and sustainable. The underlying AI architecture is designed to run efficiently both in European data centers and locally — for example, in schools or libraries.
